Arneshia Williams

A native of Stillwater, Oklahoma, Arneshia Williams is a teacher, choreographer, and performer currently based in Minnesota.

She has received scholarships, grants, and fellowships from St. Olaf College, the University of Colorado Boulder Dance Department, American Dance Festival, and Jacob’s Pillow. She received continued training and performance opportunities with Jacquelyn Stokes/The Dance Collective, Minister Gail-Faust/4Trinity Evangelistic Dance, Gesel Mason, Millicent Johnnie, Larry Southall, Teena Marie, and Helanius Wilkins.

Her choreography has been presented at The Tulsa Choreography Festival, Red Eye Theater, St. Olaf College, South Carolina’s SCAPHERD Conference, Benedict College, and the University of Colorado Boulder.

She obtained her B.F.A. and M.F.A. in dance.
